The rollout continues to create hardships for many caregivers, so we’re filing a class-action grievance to hold PCG Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL), the company that built IPOne, accountable. If you received your paycheck late or not at all—or didn’t get paid for all your hours, mileage, etc.—fill out our class action grievance form.

Friday, April 1, 11:07 a.m.:
It’s time to check in: did you receive your paycheck? Did it come the way you expected? Is all your money there?

If your timesheet was marked “denied” or “pending” or if you did not submit a timesheet, call IPOne at 844-240-1526.
If the hours you reported did not match the hours DSHS authorized, call your case manager.

This rollout has been an incredible hardship on so many caregivers, so we’re filing a class-action grievance against the state, demanding that they hold PCG Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the company that built IPOne, accountable for what they’ve caregivers through. Click here to tell us about your experience with IPOne so we can stand together and recoup our losses.

Our grievance — which is kind of like a lawsuit – demands that:

  1. Caregivers be reimbursed for the crazy amount of time they spent filing their timesheets because of the botched launch of the new payroll system, and that they be reimbursed for any costs they incurred by having to fax or mail their timesheets because the online system wasn’t working.
  2. That any problems with incorrect paychecks be corrected immediately, and that caregivers be reimbursed for any late fees, fines, or other penalties or problems they faced as a result of late or incorrect paychecks due to IPOne failures.

The IPOne rollout has been plagued by downtimes, delays, and glitches, causing caregivers to spend their limited free time scrambling to get their hours in — and crossing their fingers that they’ll be paid at all.

We need to hear from you:

  • If you haven’t been paid for your March 1-15 hours yet, despite submitting a timesheet (NOTE: if you signed up for direct deposit you should get paid  on April 1 but if you get a paper check in the mail, that was sent today so it will take a few days to get to you.)
  • If you had to spend extra money to get your timesheet submitted
  • If you had to spend an unreasonable amount of time getting your timesheet in
  • If you have extra expenses because of IPOne, like late fees on bills
  • If you were paid at the wrong hourly rate, or for the wrong amount of hours
  • If your PTO is wrong

By standing together, we’ll make sure that we get what we’re owed. Despite radical interests that seek to divide us and make us powerless, we’ll keep fighting for each other.

Thursday, March 31: 9:15 a.m.:

We’re holding the company that built IPOne—PCG Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL)—accountable for what they’ve put caregivers through, and we’re asking DSHS to stand with us.

In the meantime, here’s the latest update on what to expect over the next few days:

  • You should expect to be paid on April 1 if you submitted your first timesheet by the extended deadline (March 21 at 5 p.m.). Keep an eye on your email; we’ll be checking in with you about whether or not you received your paycheck from DSHS. Their system errors are no excuse for you to not get paid as scheduled.
  • If you enrolled in direct deposit before March 11, expect a direct deposit check.
  • It’s possible that Health Benefits Trust funds will not be deducted from your paycheck yet. This is not cause for concern; you will still be enrolled in your health insurance.
  • You’ll continue getting regular updates from SEIU 775 about IPOne and their problems as we get them. Watch this page, or follow our Facebook page to see the latest updates about IPOne.

We are working on building office hour schedules for every timesheet due date moving forward.

Despite the state’s multiple problems with their new IPOne system, they recommend attempting to submit online first. The system malfunction that caused error messages last week has reportedly been mostly fixed by IPOne. However, it still may take 2-3 tries to submit your timesheet online. If you try multiple times online and that does not work, IPOne call center representatives are available to take your timesheets over the phone. Only a handful of reps are available to do this, and we’ve heard reports of long wait times and call transfers being dropped.

You are always welcome to fax or mail as well. You can fax your timesheet to (844) 459-7416 or mail it to:

PPL Individual ProviderOne PO Box 98698 Seattle, WA 98198

The phone app is offline until further notice.

SEIU 775 is continuing to hold IPOne and the state accountable, demand that they fix their problems, and take complaints seriously. We will continue to update you as soon as we get additional information.

Original post, 3/18: Many Individual Providers have been having trouble submitting their timesheet through DSHS’s new payment system, IPOne. While we’re keeping pressure on IPOne as they fix their problems, the system is still not fully functional. Because of this, some IPOne reps can now take your timesheet over the phone. You can also stop at an SEIU 775 office at various locations around the state (locations below) to use our fax machines or get help accessing the online page. In response to our pressure on IPOne, they’ve extended the deadline to submit your timesheets  from March 16 to Monday, March 21 at 5 p.m. Note that mailed timesheets must be POSTMARKED by March 19 for the March 21 deadline. We’re fighting hard to make sure everyone gets paid on April 1.

To call in your timesheet: Call (844) 240-1526 and speak with a representative. Please note that only a small number of IPOne reps can take timesheets over the phone and you may experience long wait times if you choose this option. The IPOne call center will be operating under expanded hours on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To fax in your timesheet: Print a copy of your timesheet from the IPOne website and fax it to (844) 459-7416. You can also take a clear photo of your timesheet and fax it to that number using a web-based fax service like FaxZeroTo mail in your timesheet: Print a copy of your timesheet from the IPOne website and mail to: Public Partnerships, LLC Individual ProviderOne PO Box 98698 Seattle, WA 98198 To be received in time for the March 21 deadline, mailed timesheets MUST be postmarked by Saturday, March 19! To get help submitting your timesheet in person, visit any of the below union offices at the listed times:
