Bargaining for our 2025-2027 Agency Provider contracts is underway, and we are ready to go to the bargaining table with our employers to win better wages and benefits!
We will also fight to win a new step on the wage scale, maintain our health benefits, and increase the retirement contributions for caregivers with 8,000+ CCH. We set these goals based on what Agency Providers shared with us in our bargaining survey last year.
We are committed to Justice for All, so at the bargaining table, we will fight for language justice, climate justice and disaster preparedness, transgender caregiver support, and protections for immigrant caregivers.
