Starting in February CDWA has agreed to pay caregivers several significant bonuses over the next 7 months, in recognition of the hard work caregivers do. More experienced caregivers will get higher bonuses, and caregivers with the most experience could get up to $1,100 in total PLUS any bonuses they get from referring new employees.
All of the bonuses will be applied automatically by CDWA and are based on our Career Cumulative Hours (CCH). To check your CCH, login to the Direct My Care portal https://directmycare.com/#/login
Caregivers that logged hours with CDWA October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023, and continue to be employed when the bonuses are sent, will get a bonus by end of February 2024 based on their December 31, 2023 CCH (Career Cumulative Hours) balance.
