The State and DSHS promised caregivers they would pay overtime owed to IPs by the end of 2016 – but yet again they are breaking their promise.

We have just learned that thousands of caregivers will not receive overtime pay they earned between March and September 1, 2016 by the end of the year. The State and DSHS are pushing back these payments yet again – and now they won’t even commit to paying by a certain date!!

Tell Department of Social and Health Services Secretary Patricia Lashway and the creator of IPOne, Marc Fenton, President of PCG Public Partnerships, LLC: We’re done with DSHS’s delays. Give us our overtime now!

This is unacceptable. It’s yet another failure by the State, DSHS and their disastrous IPOne system. Nearly 6,000 caregivers have received their backdated overtime pay, but thousands of caregivers are still waiting on the money they are owed.

We’re angry and are taking every action to force the State and DSHS to take accountability for their irresponsible system. We need YOUR VOICE.

Please take action and send a letter to DSHS Sec. Lashway and IPOne’s Marc Fenton explaining why these constant delays are completely inappropriate and damaging.

In solidarity,
